Literature Text

fluttering to the ground, lost
within millions of brethren yet
unique in their own way…melting
on the tip of your tongue little cold
dots erasing acidic burns from pink flesh,
remnants of flaying arguments—words thrown
at each other, never meant but always felt…six sides,
five, maybe seven…you wonder… How can something
so unique…vibrant…worshiped…feel so

forgotten
Everyone seems to forget about the small snowflakes when faced with a white landscape...each unique but...not quite remembered.

This is a very beautiful, yet dark piece. It's quite interesting how you were able to show both elegance and a sort of macabre setting with such a simple piece. You did a lovely job with this!
